Email hello@mail.ortu.ai — we aim to reply within a few business days. For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, export) we respond within 30 days, as PDPA and UU PDP require.

Your data

Export or delete your data any time in the app under Settings → Data & Privacy. Deletion starts a 30-day grace period — sign in again to cancel it — after which your data is permanently erased. Details are in our privacy policy.

Troubleshooting

Most issues resolve with three steps: update to the latest version from the store, force-close and reopen the app, then sign out and back in. If a log or message still hasn't synced, include the approximate time it happened in your email — it helps us find the problem quickly.
